In this blog post, I am going to be talking about weight loss detox.
For many people, the words “weight loss” and “detox” may seem unrelated.
What does “weight loss” have to do with “detox”, they may be asking.
An Important Perspective on Weight Loss Detox
Everyone understands the term “weight loss”, of course.
There are many ways to lose weight, but not all weight loss programs are related in any way to the concept of detoxification.
So, since “weight loss” is a phrase that everyone understands, let’s look at the word “detox”, and see how it can relate to “weight loss”.
First of all, when many people think of detoxifying their body, they immediately think of alcohol and/or drugs.
Many people who have a history of alcohol or drug abuse often undergo a “detox” program to rid their body of the poisons or toxins associated with the abuse of those substances.
But what about people who do not abuse drugs or alcohol?
Do they have any reason or need to “detox”?
Let’s look at a very important video that addresses that very question:
The Link Between Toxicity and Obesity

Why This Video is So Important
Remember, we began this article by considering the phrase “weight loss detox”.
And we stated that most people might not associate weight loss with the concept of “detox”, or even understand what “detox” means to someone who doesn’t abuse drugs or alcohol.
In this video, the crucial link between the toxins that we are exposed to in our environment and the obesity epidemic that we see reflected everywhere in our culture – including among school children.
The crucial link between toxicity and obesity is explained by the physician who says that the more toxins we absorb into our bodies, the more fat cells our bodies create to protect us from these toxins.
Because of this crucial relationship between toxins and fat – weight loss detox is a phrase that now makes perfect sense.
If we eliminate toxins from our system – which is exactly what the products and programs created by Isagenix are designed to do – not only do we “detoxify” our systems, we also lose the fat cells that those toxins are encased in.
I have written about the weight loss results that I have personally experienced and witnessed from the Isagenix nutritional cleansing and fat-burning programs, known as the “Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse” and the “Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse”, respectively.
If there are other ways to achieve “weight loss detox”, I am not familiar with them.
But I am very familiar with Isagenix products and programs, and with the results that they deliver.

I believe in the principles of the Isagenix programs and products that are explained in the video that we reviewed above.
