If you have made your way to this page on the internet by searching for information on the “Isagenix Diet” – welcome.

This website was created for people who are interested in – or, perhaps I should say, passionate about – optimal nutrition.

Optimal nutrition is about putting super nutrients – or superfoods – into your system to facilitate optimal functioning.

There Really is No Such Things as the Isagenix Diet

Even though almost 1000 people every month query Google for information about the Isagenix Diet, there really is no such thing.

Why?

The two flagship “Fat-Burning and Nutritional Cleansing Programs” – one 9 days in length and the other  30 days long – are not diets.

They are, as their names suggest, “nutritional cleansing” programs.

That means that both of these programs are designed to eliminate toxins from the body – the toxins that accumulate in all of the organs and tissues in our bodies through exposure to the environment.

At the core of both of the flagship “nutritional cleansing” programs are three products: 1) Isalean shakes 2) Cleanse for Life 3) Ionix Supreme.

In a nutshell, these three products, working together, gently rid of the body of toxins while, at the same time, flooding the system with super nutrients.

Hence the term “nutritional cleanse”.

There are many kinds of so-called “cleansing programs” out there which simply promote elimination – i.e., they promote frequent trips to the bathroom.

if you have ever had to empty out your colon for a colonoscopy, that’s a cleansing program, too, and not a very pleasant one, but all it does is clear your colon of any food. It does not provide a full-body cleanse and there is certainly no nutritional value in the fluids that you have to consume.

So, the first thing to really understand is that if you go on either of the two “nutritional cleansing” programs by Isagenix – the 9-day or the 30-day program – you are simultaneously eliminating toxins from your system – not just emptying your colon – and you are flooding your body with the proteins, amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients it needs for optimal functioning.

That’s no ordinary cleanse and it’s no diet, either.

So, Why Do You Lose Weight On Isagenix?

Toxins in the body are encased in fat cells.

As toxins are eliminated form the body by the Isagenix products, the fat cells go with them.

That’s why many people who do either the 9-day or the 30-day programs lose weight.

I have personally seen several of my friends lose over 20 pounds in 30 days on the Isagenix program – and can provide names and phone numbers ! These people are real.

So, while Isagenix is not a diet – it delivers the results of a diet – and a very healthy diet because of all the super nutrients you are putting into your body.

The Isagenix Lifestyle Versus the Isagenix Diet

When you are doing either of the “nutritional cleansing” programs – the 9-day or 30-day – on most of the days, you will be having two Isalean shakes like the one you see at the top of this page, and one 400-600 calorie meal.

Here are some sample 400-600 meal ideas:

Meal Idea 1

1 egg or 4 egg white

1 cup organic slow-cooked oatmel

1 tbsp. flax oil

2-3 cups peppers, tomatoes, onions

1 organic apple

Meal Idea 2

5 oz. chicken breast

1 cup steamed organic brown rice

1 tbsp. olive oil

2-3 cups mixed greens

1 1/2 cups melon

Meal Idea 3

5 oz. salmon or other fish

1 cup whole-grain pasta

Reduced-fat salad dressing

2-3 cups steamed vegetables

1 cup herbal tea with 1-2 tsp. honey

Once again, on the “nutritional cleansing “programs, you have 2 Isalean shakes per day – most people have one for breakfast and another at dinner – and one 400-600 calorie meal like the samples cited above.

However, once you have completed the nutritional cleansing program, if you wish to stay on the Isagenix products because of the optimal nutrition that they provide your body – you can go on the Maintenance program – which consists of 1 Isalean shake and 2 400-600 calorie meals.

That’s what I do – I begin my day with a chocolate Isalean shake, blended with frozen berries, and for my other two meals, lunch and breakfast, I try to eat as healthy as I can.

So, once again, an Isalean protein shake for breakfast and two sensible meals.

Call it the Isagenix Diet if you wish.

I prefer to think of it as the Isagenix Lifestyle because you can stay on it forever.

And, if you do, you will never, ever need to diet again!
