Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse

Breakfast and Dinner- Yumm!

In this blog post, I am going to be talking about the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse.

Pictured above are two vanilla Isalean shakes, or, as the caption reads, “Breakfast and Dinner”.

In my experience, the most important question for anyone about to embark upon the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse is this: Would you enjoy having a delicious vanilla or chocolate Isalean shake for break fast and dinner, and a sensible 800-calorie meal for lunch for a 30-day period?

If you enjoy smoothies as much as I do – and, if you are motivated to improve your overall health and to lose weight at the same time – then the answer is really a “no brainer”.

The Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse will really be a snap for you.

What is the 30 Day Isagenix Cleanse?

If you are new to this website and new to Isagenix, allow me to backtrack a bit here and explain what Isagenix and the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse are all about.

I will explain this in simple, non-scientific terms, although there are plenty of technical explanations available for what Isagenix is and what it does.

But, in simple terms, let me say that John Anderson, who is reputed to be one of the top product developers in the world of nutritional supplements, set out to create a program that would eliminate toxins from the body while, at the same time, providing the body with the essential nutrients is needs to function optimally.

He wanted the ingredients that went into the formulation (or formula) to not only be the most nutritionally potent that could be found anywhere in the world but also the purest.

So, as you can see, this was no simple goal that Anderson created for himself and he wanted the product to represent his crowning achievement in a career that had already been very successful.

The product which he came up with was a 9-day nutritional and fat burning program – that was the first of the Isagenix “cleanses” – and people who went on the program would consume two Isalean shakes per day for  – just like the ones you see pictured above – and one 800-calorie meal for five of the 9 days.

On four of the days – two at the beginning and two at the end – people would have what is called a “cleanse” day, which is not quite a “fast”, but on which they would drink several glasses of a very tasty fruit-flavoured tonic called Cleanse For Life and eat several small “biscuit-like” Isagenix snacks.

So, that was – and still is – the flagship Isagenix cleansing program – the Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse.

It is very important to understand that the program that John Anderson developed was intended primarily to eliminate toxins from the body – it was a detoxifying program – but one of the very positive side effects or “side benefits” of the program was the loss of unwanted weight for most people.

Why did this happen?

Because toxins in the body are encased in fat cells, and when the toxins are eliminated for the body, the fat cells go with them.

So, when people began doing the Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse, they not only eliminated toxins from their system, they lost weight – usually between 6-10 pounds over the course of the program.

The Isagenix 9 Day Cleanse is a very effective program but it does require people who do it to go two days without eating a meal – twice – once at the beginning of the program and once at the end.

Some people are fine with that while others find it difficult.

So, John Anderson developed an alternative version of the program – one that would run for 30 days – and that became known as the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse.

How Does the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse Work?

In the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse, there are 4 “cleanse days” – just as there are in the 9 Day Cleanse, but they are spread out over the 30-day period.

In the 30 day Cleanse, there are 6 “shake days” per week – those are the days on which you have two shakes like the ones at the top of this post and one meal – and one “cleanse day” per week.

Most people  – myself included – find this a much easier way to do the “cleanse”.

For a lot of people, one day without a meal is okay – going two days is a different story.

No problem – the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse has eliminated that issue.

And, in my experience, the results are better.

I have seen a number of people – including several of my very good friends – drop over 20 pounds in 30 days.

I have not experienced these results personally because I don’t have that much excess weight to drop, but still, I am a huge fan of the 30 Day Cleanse and recommend it to everyone who wants to do an Isagenix cleanse.

I would only suggest the 9 Day Cleanse for people who want more immediate results or who find it hard to have 2 shakes per day.

I Hope That Explains the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse

Once again the Isagenix 30 Day Cleanse is the easier of the two programs for most people, in my experience, and delivers the best results.
